Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Leader to join our team at GXO Logistics, Inc. This role will be responsible for monitoring, consolidating, and reporting on service KPIs, proposing and implementing continuous process improvement projects, and liaising with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report on service KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Propose and implement process improvement projects, leveraging expertise in logistics and supply chain management.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including depot managers, operations managers, and business unit directors, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Participate in the coordination and implementation of development, re-engineering, and improvement projects within the business unit.
  • Interface with clients to analyze problems and propose solutions, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Draw up profit and loss accounts for warehousing and distribution projects, working closely with the administration, finance, and control department.
  • Design warehouse layouts to meet client needs, utilizing expertise in logistics and supply chain management.
  • Submit commercial offers to the board and/or customers, in coordination with commercial management and solution design departments.
  • Elaborate and prepare project cost modeling, working closely with various company departments.
  • Ensure compliance with work safety regulations and safety procedures, protecting company assets.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Management Engineering, Logistics, or Economics.
  • At least 5 years' experience in managing complex projects, with a focus on logistics and supply chain management.
  • Proven project management skills, with excellent knowledge of the English language.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office Package, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good knowledge of Autocad and AS400.
  • Analysis and synthesis skills, confidentiality, good communication, interpersonal, and management skills, problem-solving, and flexibility.
