As a Junior FX Sales Representative at iBanFirst, you will play a crucial role as the primary point of contact for our customers. Your focus will be on empowering them to regain control over their payment processes and providing in-depth insights into the FX market.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner for customers, understanding their needs and translating our solutions into tailored recommendations.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Own the entire sales process from lead generation and prospecting to deal closure and onboarding, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Market Expertise: Develop a strong understanding of the FX market, build a robust network, and utilize this knowledge to help clients achieve their strategic goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture client relationships through proactive communication, leveraging CRM tools to track interactions and update pertinent information.

Requirements:

  • Financial and FX Market Acumen: Strong affinity with the financial sector and a solid grasp of the FX market dynamics.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English.
  • Communication and Analytical Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with expertise in business and strong analytical abilities.
