Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Front Office Agent to join our team at the Leonardo Milan City Center. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience.

  • Provide exceptional personal service to our guests, making them feel welcome and at home.
  • Handle check-in and check-out operations with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Manage administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Offer guests information about the hotel and city, enhancing their stay with us.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Tourism studies or a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Front Office Agent or Receptionist.
  • A sense of responsibility, ability to work in a team, and resistance to stress.
  • Flexibility to work early, late, and night shifts.
  • Excellent speaking and writing skills in English and Italian, with other languages a plus.
