Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Director, Solution Consulting to lead our Partner ecosystem in delivering vertical and horizontal value-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building or leading pre-sales or professional services organizations, particularly in partner-aligned environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of pre-sales solution architects to drive business strategy and thought leadership for ServiceNow and its ecosystem.
  • Develop and maintain a recruiting pipeline of potential candidates to meet future business demands.
  • Assign resources to joint solution development opportunities and evaluate progress against goals.
  • Manage day-to-day activities such as resource scheduling conflicts, expense review and approval, activity reporting, commissions, etc.

Requirements:

  • Extensive background in building or leading pre-sales or professional services organizations, preferably in partner-aligned environments.
  • Proven experience of standard approaches to coaching, mentoring, and managing a team of senior level professionals.
  • Ability to collaborate and interact at multiple levels (Enterprise Architects, Technical Architects, Offering Managers, Directors, VPs, and CXOs).
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a growing team of leading Solutions Architects.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $160,000 - $220,000 based on industry standards and location. This figure may vary depending on individual qualifications and experience.
