About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the VMware by Broadcom portfolio market.

Your primary focus will be on translating business growth plans into actionable strategies, identifying new opportunities, and developing tailored customer value propositions to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize sales results by driving sales out of agreed vendor portfolio, including new vendor identification, onboarding, and other business development initiatives.
  • Develop and execute a solid customer engagement strategy, creating unique selling propositions that resonate with our target audience.
  • Take solution and service offerings to market, including Technology as a Service (TaaS), to drive revenue growth and expand our market share.
  • Own quarterly vendor business planning and execution, ensuring alignment with our overall business strategy.
  • Enable and support our sales teams to win and grow share of wallet and market share.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on channel and/or vendor business development.
  • Good level of knowledge of data center and software enterprise solutions.
  • Excellent emotional intelligence, influence, and persuasion skills to drive sales growth and build strong relationships.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Skilled multi-level relationship builder with the ability to navigate complex sales environments.
  • High energy and motivation to drive results and achieve business objectives.
  • Strong orientation towards services and solution selling, with a focus on delivering value to customers.
  • Strategic planning and business case development skills to drive business growth and expansion.
