Customer Success Manager Italy: Drive Digital Payment Solutions

Job Summary
The ideal candidate for this Senior Customer Success Lead position will have a proven track record in managing digital projects, with a strong focus on the Italian market. In this role, you will be responsible for introducing our innovative payment process to car dealer groups and other industries, while also providing training to operational managers on our product usage.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to promote our digital payment solutions to Italian customers
- Identify and eliminate potential stumbling blocks in the onboarding process, in collaboration with customers and cross-functional teams
- Provide training and support to operational managers on our product usage
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Your Profile
- At least 3-5 years of experience in digital project management, ideally with a focus on the Italian market
- Strong understanding of the automotive sector and its payment processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams
- Native or bilingual in Italian, with strong business English skills
