We are searching for a motivated Sales Development Representative to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.
Your Role
- Implement outbound campaigns through various touchpoints
- Develop a thorough understanding of our value proposition and its benefits
- Identify and qualify new prospects in Italy with potential needs for our solutions
- Collaborate with the Country Sales Manager and Account Executive to define target lists
- Present our solution to various stakeholders, including Office Managers, Travel Managers, and HR Directors
- Propose proactive strategies to enhance the sales process and drive growth
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Native Italian and good English language skills
- Hunger for challenges and eagerness to learn
- Proactivity in proposing value-creating solutions
- Organizational skills, with precision as key to success
- Flexibility in a fast-changing environment

- Previous experience in Sales and/or SAAS start-up
- Proficiency in additional languages
