We are searching for a motivated Sales Development Representative to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.

Your Role

  • Implement outbound campaigns through various touchpoints
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our value proposition and its benefits
  • Identify and qualify new prospects in Italy with potential needs for our solutions
  • Collaborate with the Country Sales Manager and Account Executive to define target lists
  • Present our solution to various stakeholders, including Office Managers, Travel Managers, and HR Directors
  • Propose proactive strategies to enhance the sales process and drive growth

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Native Italian and good English language skills
  • Hunger for challenges and eagerness to learn
  • Proactivity in proposing value-creating solutions
  • Organizational skills, with precision as key to success
  • Flexibility in a fast-changing environment

  • Previous experience in Sales and/or SAAS start-up
  • Proficiency in additional languages
