We seek a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in the EMEA region to act as the first point of contact for potential new customers and manage data in Kinsta's CRM.

This role involves working closely with Account Executives and Outbound Sales professionals to enroll outbound leads into prospecting campaigns and lift interest in our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a first point of contact for future customers and explain Kinsta's vision and services
  • Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop leads through lead generation activities, cold calling, and managing the sales chat and inbound phone line
  • Qualify opportunities for Account Executives at Kinsta using the CRM
  • Proactively book meetings for Account Executives as qualified opportunities are surfaced
  • Update HubSpot contact, company, and deal records and improve their accuracy

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of work experience in sales development or a similar role
  • Sales target-driven individual comfortable with cold calling, written outreach, and video
  • Near-native proficiency in English and exceptional writing skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy with a strong interest in technology

Estimated Salary: €50,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience
