**Job Summary**

This strategic account relationship director position plays a critical role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction for Thermo Fisher Scientific. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement robust governance programs to ensure optimal client portfolio performance across multiple service lines and global sites.
  • Monitor key performance indicators to measure relationship health and operational performance, making informed decisions to drive improvement initiatives.
  • Cultivate senior-level relationships internally and within clients' organizations to deliver exceptional customer support and experiences.
  • Stay abreast of clients' operating cycles, strategic priorities, and business processes to provide tailored solutions and maximize value from assigned portfolios.

**Requirements/Qualifications:**

  • A bachelor's degree in a scientific field (such as chemistry, biochemistry, or chemical engineering) or a business-related field; an MBA is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in commercial, program management, or relationship management roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical or comparable industry.
  • Proven success working with complex initiatives in matrix environments with broad, high-value impact.
  • Strong analytical skills, knowledge of financial models, and experience balancing cash flow, revenue, risk, and other factors in complex deal structures.

**Compensation & Benefits:** This role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
