Stiamo cercando un Field Business Developer per la nostra azienda leader nel settore dei servizi di sicurezza. Il candidato selezionato sarà responsabile dello sviluppo commerciale dei nostri servizi di sicurezza nella regione Lombardia.

Responsabilità principali
  • Vigilanza armata e non armata: Protezione di beni e persone tramite servizi di vigilanza fissa o mobile.
  • Videosorveglianza e telecontrollo: Monitoraggio e gestione di sistemi di allarme e controllo remoto in tempo reale.
  • Sistemi di sicurezza integrati: Soluzioni personalizzate per abitazioni, uffici e industrie.
  • Servizi di portierato e reception: Accoglienza, controllo accessi e gestione dei flussi di persone.
  • Security management: Consulenza e gestione completa della sicurezza aziendale.
  • Servizi di scorta e protezione personale: Protezione per VIP e dirigenti.
  • Cybersecurity: Soluzioni avanzate per la protezione informatica.
  • Servizi antincendio e gestione eventi.
  • Approccio hunter: Abituato a svolgere molti primi appuntamenti.
  • Forte orientamento ai risultati e ai numeri.
  • Capacità di sviluppare e gestire il territorio della Lombardia.
  • Esperienza di almeno 2-3 anni nel settore dei servizi sicurezza o servizi in generale.
  • Provenienza dal mondo dell'Head Hunting preferita.
  • RAL compresa tra €30k e €40k.
  • Variabile tra €5k e €10k.
  • Auto ad uso promiscuo.
  • Ticket restaurant.
  • Welfare aziendale di €700 netti annui.
  • Assicurazione sanitaria.
  • Supporto del back office commerciale per fissare gli appuntamenti.
