Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute Therapy Development strategies aimed at enhancing market growth in collaboration with the Business Unit Director and local teams.
- Oversee the launch of new products and the execution of both internal and external marketing campaigns, ensuring thorough follow-up and monthly progress reports.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Unit Director by: assisting in quarterly business reviews and annual planning from a marketing perspective, participating in country reviews to gain insights into market and customer needs, and coordinating monthly operational meetings to manage marketing expenditures effectively.
- Establish and maintain relationships with local Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals, aligning event strategies with local needs and European event guidelines while identifying new growth opportunities within healthcare segments.
- Facilitate the implementation of Benchmark and Nurses programs across the region.
- Support the commercial and clinical teams by delivering field training focused on marketing and clinical activities, ensuring alignment with the marketing strategy.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree combined with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or a Master's Degree with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role.
Essential Skills:
- Demonstrated project management expertise.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, including negotiation and relationship management.
- Recognized as a subject matter expert with specialized knowledge within the organization.
- In-depth understanding of marketing principles and concepts.
- Comprehensive knowledge of market research methodologies and the ability to align research with commercial objectives.
- Capability to forecast product performance based on market trends and competitive analysis.
- Strong clinical knowledge relevant to the products used in healthcare settings.

- Ability to interact professionally across all organizational levels and escalate issues appropriately.
- Proficient in managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Leadership representation on projects, working closely with cross-functional teams.
