Job Title: Commercial Director

Job Summary:

The Commercial Director is a key role within Hilton Hotels Corporation, responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability across our EMEA portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned hospitality professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize revenue and profit performance across all revenue streams.
  • Work closely with the Revenue Management team, Sales, Catering and Events, Marketing, eCommerce and Public Relations teams to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with area support teams to ensure effective execution of commercial strategies.
  • Manage performance, develop and evaluate commercial team members on agreed KPIs.
  • Drive business review guidelines to ensure pricing and rate quotation strategies are in place to maximize sales and catering opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of hospitality/travel industry experience in a revenue generating or commercial services role.
  • Proven track record of presenting sales plans and presentations to senior level executives and constituent groups.
  • Experience working in a collaborative/matrixed environment and with departmental financial data to make strategic/tactical decisions.
  • Fluent in English.
