Posizione:

Il nostro team di vendita è alla ricerca di un professionista esperto per ricoprire il ruolo di Sales Manager - Strategico Nazionale.

Scopo:

Il Sales Manager - Strategico Nazionale sarà responsabile dello sviluppo e dell'implementazione delle strategie promozionali e commerciali a livello nazionale per raggiungere gli obiettivi di vendita della società.

Attività:

  • Strategia: Sviluppare e implementare piani strategici a livello nazionale per raggiungere gli obiettivi di vendita, anche attraverso lo sviluppo di piani di centro (in stretta collaborazione con i Product Specialist);
  • Relazioni: Costruire e mantenere relazioni solide con i player del settore, inclusi KOL, ospedali, società scientifiche, associazioni di categoria e associazioni di pazienti, per garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita;
  • Gestione del Team: Coordinare, guidare, monitorare e motivare il team di Product Specialist su tutto il territorio nazionale;
  • Analisi di Mercato: Monitorare costantemente le tendenze del mercato, la concorrenza e le normative del settore farmaceutico per identificare nuove opportunità ed adattare le strategie in collaborazione con il Marketing Dept / Top management dell'azienda;
  • Performance management: Condurre performance review periodiche, documentare i risultati del team (performance, attività) anche tramite l'utilizzo del CRM, e fornire insight attraverso rep ride pianificate e condivise;
  • Gestione del Budget: Gestire il budget, monitorare le performance e garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita e di investimento;
  • Formazione e Sviluppo: Identificare le esigenze di formazione e di coaching del team di Product Specialist e garantirne il costante affiancamento per migliorare le competenze e le performance;
  • Reporting: Fornire report dettagliati sulle attività di interazione svolte, analizzare le performance rispetto agli obiettivi e proporre piani di azione correttivi se necessario.

Requisiti:

  • Esperienza minima di 10 anni in ruoli commerciali nel settore farmaceutico, con almeno 5 anni di esperienza in Sclerosi Multipla;
  • Solide capacità di leadership e gestione del team;
  • Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e negoziazione;
  • Conoscenza approfondita del mercato farmaceutico nazionale e delle normative vigenti;
  • Orientamento ai risultati, con comprovata esperienza nel raggiungimento e superamento degli obiettivi di vendita;

Competenze linguistiche:

  • Italiano madrelingua;
  • Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese per comunicare quotidianamente;

Formazione:

  • Laurea in scienze Farmaceutiche o settori correlati;
  • Il Master sarà considerato un Plus;
