Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
  • Efficiently manage guest messages, check-in, and check-out activities.
  • Stay updated on hotel services, guest needs, and special events.
  • Ensure lobby and Front Desk standards and safety compliance.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures when working with front-of-house equipment and property management systems.
What We're Looking For:
  • A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality.
  • Familiarity with Opera PMS for efficient operations.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges and complaint resolution finesse.
  • A commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
  • Impeccable grooming standards.
  • Versatility in handling various work scenarios.
  • Enthusiasm for individual and team-oriented tasks.
  • Mastery of the local area, enhancing guest experiences.
Language Skills:
  • Italian – fluently
  • English – fluently
  • Additional languages are a plus.
