Your Opportunity

The Aseptic Field Coordinator serves as the primary authority on aseptic equipment throughout project execution. This role is pivotal in overseeing the technical team in the field and acts as the onsite reference for instrumentation and control related to aseptic matters. This position offers a unique chance to rapidly develop expertise in aseptic processes and attain a high level of technical proficiency within the aseptic sector. There are tangible career advancement opportunities into roles such as Product Manager, Customer Care, Technical Support, or Project Manager.

Your Mission

The Aseptic Field Coordinator is an integral member of the aseptic field team, with responsibilities primarily conducted onsite.

  • Directs all site operations (projects and services), encompassing installation, startup, validation, commissioning, and the CAV, pertaining to aseptic equipment to achieve objectives related to customer satisfaction and installation efficiency in line with the project timeline and budget.
  • Oversees service activities at the site (including maintenance and diagnostic visits).
  • When the equipment is part of a complete production line, under the guidance of the Installation Site Manager, assumes responsibility for the installation of the aseptic equipment.
  • Also functions as the Installation Site Manager for standalone machine projects.

Your Profile

  • Degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken
  • Background in Mechanical or Automation Engineering
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Field Service or Site Management; Field Service experience is preferred
  • Experience in the beverage sector is advantageous
  • Familiarity with aseptic technology is beneficial
  • Understanding of microbiological principles, hygienic practices, and environmental conditions is a plus
  • Strong communication skills with technicians and clients
  • Problem-solving mindset and decision-making capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Must be curious, dynamic, and detail-oriented
