Job Title: Informatori Scientifici

Synergie Italia S.p.A. Agenzia per il Lavoro - Filiale di Pomezia, is seeking a Scientific Informant for a prominent pharmaceutical company in the Naples, Caserta, and Salerno area.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and sponsoring assigned products in their designated territory, achieving set objectives, and ensuring a strong presence among local medical professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain a strong presence among local medical professionals, ensuring regular visits to doctors' offices and clinics.
  • Provide medical professionals with scientific information on assigned products, in line with company guidelines.
  • Analyze territory performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the territory, identifying key medical professionals and areas of interest.
  • Produce regular reports and analyses on territory performance and product sales.
  • Support company-sponsored events and activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Organize work activities in line with company strategies and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Laurea in discipline scientifiche con titolo di studio idoneo (Biologia, Biotecnologie, Farmacia, CTF e similari).
  • Preferibile esperienza pregressa di 3/5 anni nell'informazione medico scientifica o come Product Specialist.
  • Ottime capacità organizzative, spiccate doti relazionali e orientamento al risultato, proattività, flessibilità, capacità di analisi dei dati operativi e di vendita, attitudine a lavorare in team.
  • Residenza nella stessa città dell'area di lavoro assegnata.
  • Costituisce titolo preferenziale la conoscenza del target MMG e Farmacista.

  • Un contratto di assunzione a tempo indeterminato.
  • Monte Orario Full Time 40/h settimanali.
  • CCNL Chimico Farmaceutico.
  • RAL discussa in fase di colloquio.
