Field Sales Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Field Sales Engineer in Italy, based in Milano or Torino. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a focused selection of customers to complement our needs as a company as we grow in the test and measurement industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Visiting potential/existing customers and generating enquiries through professional sales techniques using a consultative approach to get to customer concepts and demonstrating the unique strengths of working with HBK.
- Using appropriate hardware, information and materials.
- Acquiring new customers and supporting colleagues with specific product and technical knowledge – working as a team is important.
- Preparing quotations using CRM and price lists.
- Preparing more detailed proposals from tender specifications.
- Providing feedback to the company in the form of reports and forecasts.
- Actively contributing during departmental meetings.
- Involvement in promotional and marketing activities in your area.
- Bachelor's, Master's or equivalent degree in an engineering or technically based discipline.
- Italian as a mother language and High level of English is needed.
- Excellent commercial understanding.
- Excellent phone communication.
- Excellent IT knowledge (Microsoft Office, CRM, etc.).
- Good team-player approach.
- Can-do attitude.
