Job Role
As a Sales Engineer, you will develop and implement commercial and technical strategies for current and potential clients in the assigned industry segment to deliver orders on budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development
- Client Relationship Building
- Commercial and Technical Proposal Creation
- Product and Service Positioning
- Contract Negotiation and Order Closing
- Documentation and Presentation
- Record Keeping and Reporting
Requirements
- Education Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
- Experience 5 years' technical sales, customer service, or application engineering experience in a commercial environment
- Power Conversion Experience 2 years' experience with adjustable speed drives, equipment, electrical motors/generators, pumps, or compressors
- Leadership and Communication Demonstrated successful leadership, interpersonal, organizational, administrative, and communication skills
- Travel Availability to travel domestically and internationally frequently, with limited notice
- Language Fluency in English language (knowledge of German language will be a plus)
Location
Bari, Italy preferably, but other locations in Italy can be considered
