About the Role

We are seeking a sales professional who is passionate about going after new business opportunities, eager to learn and grow professionally within FX sales, and possesses a proactive can-do attitude. You will spend your time on the telephone and in face-to-face meetings, building long-lasting relationships and closing deals with prospective clients. You will also attend national exhibitions to network with businesses and advise them on FX-related products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Researching prospective clients to understand their business and potential requirements
  • Making introductory calls to new corporate clients
  • Developing a sales pipeline
  • Closing new business with the aim of developing long-lasting relationships
  • Developing internal relationships with our Dealing team
  • Staying aware of and taking an active interest in FX movements and the world economy
  • Meeting weekly and monthly targets on call performance, quality, and sales
  • Attending morning training sessions and twice-daily team/market briefings
  • Staying up-to-date with market structure changes and regulation
Essential Experience and Skills

We are looking for a self-starter with a healthy dose of competitiveness, strong communication skills, and confidence on the phone and in person. Goal-oriented and persistent, you should be fluent in Italian and have 6-12 months of relevant experience.
