Thesis Topic: "Self-Short Circuit Detection and Protection"
In this role, you will collaborate with a team of specialists to develop your thesis and deepen your knowledge in the field. Your focus will be on creating a comprehensive solution within a gate driver architecture that can autonomously identify short circuit occurrences in an inverter leg.

During this engagement, you will:

  • Gain insights into the architecture definition, design, and layout of a self-short circuit detection and protection solution;
  • Engage in the design of a fully integrated solution utilizing HVIC technology;
  • Collaborate with a team of expert engineers;
  • Be part of a high-tech and international organization;
  • Receive guidance and feedback from your assigned mentor.

You should be a collaborative individual with strong communication skills, eager to expand your knowledge. A proactive and motivated attitude will enable you to work independently and take initiative.

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, specializing in Microelectronics or a related field;
  • Experience with microelectronics simulation tools;
  • Fundamental knowledge of microelectronics and circuit design;
  • Basic understanding of semiconductor physics;
  • Proficiency in English.
