Thesis Topic: "Self-Short Circuit Detection and Protection"
Join a team of specialists to develop your thesis and deepen your knowledge in the field. You will focus on creating a comprehensive solution within a gate driver architecture that can autonomously identify short circuit occurrences in an inverter leg.

During this experience, you will:

  • Engage in the definition of architecture, design, and layout of a self-short circuit detection and protection solution.
  • Contribute to the design of a fully integrated solution utilizing HVIC technology.
  • Collaborate with a team of expert engineers.
  • Be part of a high-tech and international organization.
  • Receive guidance and feedback from your mentor.

You are a collaborative individual with strong communication skills and a desire to expand your knowledge. Your proactive and motivated nature enables you to work independently and take initiative.

You are well-suited for this role if you:

  • Are pursuing a Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, specializing in Microelectronics or a related field.
  • Possess some experience with microelectronics simulation tools.
  • Have a basic understanding of microelectronics and circuit design.
  • Are familiar with semiconductor physics.
  • Are proficient in English.
