Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Master's student to join our R&D Center in Pavia as a Master Thesis researcher. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a cutting-edge project that focuses on the development of a fully integrated solution for self-short circuit detection and protection in a gate driver architecture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the architecture definition, design, and layout of a solution for self-short circuit detection and protection.
  • Design a fully integrated solution in HVIC technology.
  • Collaborate with a team of expert engineers to develop and implement the solution.
  • Participate in the development of a high-tech and international company.
  • Receive guidance and feedback from your tutor.
Requirements:
  • Pursuing a Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, with a specialization in Microelectronics, or a similar field.
  • Experience with microelectronics simulators.
  • Basic knowledge of microelectronics and circuit design.
  • Basic knowledge of semiconductor physics.
  • Proficient in English.
