Job Summary
As a Sales Analyst at Bormioli Pharma, you will be responsible for developing and supporting pre and post-sales activities, analyzing sales data and cost variations, and cultivating leads in the sales funnel. Your main duties will include coordinating with the Sales Director to inform the sales process through reports and dashboards, defining standard metrics for customer financial management, and preparing and tracking cost variations and commercial KPIs. Additionally, you will manage complex data extractions, prepare periodical sales reports, and support budgeting and forecasting activities. The ideal candidate will possess analytical skills, proactivity, and problem-solving accuracy, as well as fluency in English language and CRM system knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and support pre and post-sales activities
  • Analyze sales data and cost variations
  • Cultivate leads in the sales funnel
  • Coordinate with the Sales Director
  • Prepare and track cost variations and commercial KPIs
  • Manage complex data extractions
  • Prepare periodical sales reports
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities

Requirements
Degree in Business/Economics/Management or Engineering, fluency in English language, analytical skills, proactivity, problem-solving accuracy, CRM system knowledge.
