In the role of Account Executive, you will play a crucial part in driving the success of our Agilent Chemistries & Supplies consumables portfolio, which encompasses our GC & HPLC columns, sample preparation solutions, and laboratory equipment.

Key Responsibilities:


• Cultivating new and existing sales opportunities across various accounts and industries within your designated territory.

• Nurturing client relationships and fostering long-term partnerships with key stakeholders.

• Proactively identifying customer needs and crafting solutions for unique challenges to create business opportunities.

• Promoting and marketing products and solutions to both current and prospective clients, while keeping them informed about new product launches.

• Developing and refining lead generation strategies.

• Establishing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet quotas and objectives.

• Coordinating projects that require collaboration with other departments and organizations.

This position is not office-based; you will work remotely and travel to client locations throughout Central Italy, particularly in the Lazio region, as well as Umbria, Toscana, and Emilia-Romagna (a company vehicle will be provided).

Qualifications:

We seek a driven individual with the following qualifications:


• A University Degree in Chemistry (Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related Life Science field).

• Proven experience in sales within laboratory environments and a solid understanding of laboratory workflows.

• Familiarity with analytical techniques such as chromatography, spectrometry, and/or spectroscopy.

• Proficient in Italian and possess at least a good command of English.

On a personal level, you are self-sufficient, personable, and client-oriented. You demonstrate excellent interpersonal and persuasive abilities to engage with various external and internal stakeholders. You exhibit a genuine can-do attitude, resilience, and a desire to assist others. While being flexible and adaptable, you also possess strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
