Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Account Manager to join our AWS EMEA SARL (Italy Branch) team. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in a defined territory, leveraging executive customer relationships to build trust with AWS leadership and accelerate strategic enterprise opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth objectives, including revenue, pipeline, and repeatable solutions.
- Articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services and solutions.
- Build and own the strategic plan for assigned customers, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to create and execute on strategic business plans, practice development, and marketing.
- Manage numerous customers concurrently and long-term, accelerating customer adoption and developing long-term strategic relationships.
Requirements:
- Significant account management experience for Enterprise and Public Sector customers in the IT industry.
- Substantial technology-related sales, business development, or sales engineering/consulting experience, gained within Enterprise and Public Sector customers.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills; fluent in Italian and English.
