Descrizione del Lavoro

Adecco Italia, divisione specializzata del gruppo Adecco, ricerca per importante azienda del settore sanitario: un/a Operatore/a di Supporto Clienti Aziende.

La risorsa verrà inserita in un contesto qualificato e si occuperà di gestione operativa delle commesse secondo gli standard qualitativi e procedurali aziendali, in particolare di:

  • Gestione dell'avvio delle commesse dei clienti per i servizi di Medicina del Lavoro e/o Medicina Preventiva nella fase amministrativa, fase di programmazione e logistica;
  • Aggiornamento e monitoraggio di database per varie aree di competenza;
  • Supporto operativo e segretariale, gestione organizzativa del Medico Competente;
  • Gestione delle agende del Medico Competente, di Operatori e Specialisti Sanitari;
  • Pianificazione e programmazione di Prestazioni Sanitarie presso le sedi del Cliente o le sedi Aziendali;
  • Gestione del servizio di Accettazione e Assistenza alla Clientela rispetto alle agende pianificate;
  • Gestione di procedure di fatturazione, nota credito, monitoraggio delle scadenze.

Requisiti Richiesti

  • Esperienza pregressa nel contesto di Medicina del Lavoro;
  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel;
  • Buona capacità di lavoro nel team e in autonomia, organizzando il proprio lavoro in modo efficiente e rispettando le scadenze;
  • Orientamento al Cliente e al risultato;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Si prevede iniziale inquadramento a tempo determinato in somministrazione con Adecco con possibilità di stabilizzazione.
