Freight Forwarding Sales Manager

Job Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freight Forwarding Sales Manager to join our team at Jbandrews. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the freight forwarding industry and a proven track record of success in sales leadership.
About the Role:
- Establish and drive the sales activity for a newly created branch from scratch.
- Manage a team of Inside Sales Executives with the goal of building a high-performing team.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with the regional and global network to support business objectives.
- Establish best practices and modernize the business to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the freight forwarding industry.
- Proven success and experience within the freight forwarding sector.
- Experience in setting up or growing freight forwarding branches is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
