Your primary responsibility will involve selling technology software products and associated services within a specified territory. You will identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities while managing accounts through the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting and requirements gathering to contract negotiations and post-sales support. By leveraging Oracle's sales framework, you will maximize revenue growth and enhance local market presence while expanding business partner revenue and self-sufficiency.

  • Over 6 years of experience in direct software sales, particularly within the Cloud Services domain for the Financial Services sector.
  • Proficiency as a solution-oriented seller, capable of quickly grasping business requirements and building trust.
  • An ability to manage a high volume of active opportunities efficiently while closing deals within tight timelines.
  • Confidence in presenting Oracle Cloud solutions to both IT and LOB audiences.
  • A networked approach, utilizing the Oracle ecosystem to identify targets and opportunities within client organizations.
  • Strong prospecting skills, including targeting, cold calling, and engaging non-traditional contacts beyond the existing customer base.
  • A value-driven mindset, adept at identifying genuine use cases for Cloud solutions that deliver significant customer value and facilitate rapid deal expansion.
