About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Partnership to lead and expand our B2B partnership initiatives within the Italian market.

This is a strategically important role to ensure rapid, solid, and sustainable growth in Italy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define, execute, and lead strategies alongside the Local and Central partnerships team to drive business growth.
  • Acquire, onboard, and manage key partners to generate new customer demand for Otovo through partners' channels and customer bases.
  • Identify and leverage new partnership opportunities to drive growth and reputation.
  • Manage LeadGenerators to add additional paid demand.
  • Work closely with other Otovo functions, such as Marketing, Sales, Operations, and country GMs, to leverage synergies across the organization that benefit our partner base.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role (B2B sales / Partnerships / account management), preferably within renewable energy.
  • Experience in digital Marketing actions and activations.
  • Clear and convincing communication skills.
  • Courage to question the status quo and come up with out-of-the-box solutions.
  • Data-driven and target-focused approach.
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
