Director of Strategic Partnerships

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Partnership to lead and expand our B2B partnership initiatives within the Italian market.
This is a strategically important role to ensure rapid, solid, and sustainable growth in Italy.
Key Responsibilities- Define, execute, and lead strategies alongside the Local and Central partnerships team to drive business growth.
- Acquire, onboard, and manage key partners to generate new customer demand for Otovo through partners' channels and customer bases.
- Identify and leverage new partnership opportunities to drive growth and reputation.
- Manage LeadGenerators to add additional paid demand.
- Work closely with other Otovo functions, such as Marketing, Sales, Operations, and country GMs, to leverage synergies across the organization that benefit our partner base.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role (B2B sales / Partnerships / account management), preferably within renewable energy.
- Experience in digital Marketing actions and activations.
- Clear and convincing communication skills.
- Courage to question the status quo and come up with out-of-the-box solutions.
- Data-driven and target-focused approach.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
