Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Process Engineer to join our Manufacturing team at our Plant in Sedico RX (BL). As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for developing control procedures to ensure all equipment and processes are operating within the Control Plan (PCP); analyzing PCP deviations and managing actions to resolve PCP gaps; and promoting, managing, and coordinating activities aimed at continuous improvement in relation to the plant's KPIs: Quality, Efficiency, and Costs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Process Control Plans: Ensure that all equipment and processes are operating within the Control Plan (PCP) and develop procedures to maintain compliance.
- Analyze and Resolve Deviations: Analyze PCP deviations and manage actions to resolve PCP gaps, ensuring that all processes are optimized for quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Promote, manage, and coordinate activities aimed at continuous improvement in relation to the plant's KPIs: Quality, Efficiency, and Costs.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with central and local teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Education: Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Materials Engineering.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in complex environments as a Process Engineer.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of Plastic Materials and Injection Moulding Process, or Mechanical Manufacturing, or Coating Processes; strong Project Management skills; good knowledge of Ms Office (in particular Excel and Power Point); flexible and able to adapt in a contest of constant change; strong facilitation and communication skills; and a passion for challenges and taking responsibility seriously.
