YOUR FUTURE ROLE

We are seeking a driven, inquisitive, and proactive candidate to join our Operations Plant.

As a Manufacturing Engineer Intern, you will assist in the design, implementation, and evaluation of procedures and equipment.

Here are some of the responsibilities you will undertake:

  • Process Measurement Analysis: Evaluate overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), capabilities, cycle times, balancing, desaturation, and workflows to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Management of Process Parameters: Oversee and analyze chemical and physical parameters of production stages to comprehend product characteristics and behaviors.
  • Design of Experiments (DOE) and Testing: Coordinate DOE and testing strategies to refine process parameters.
  • Problem Solving and Implementation: Identify and execute solutions for safety and quality enhancements, cost reductions, and lead time improvements.
  • Economic Management and Business Case Development: Conduct economic evaluations and formulate business case studies.
  • Standardization and Optimization of Processes: Standardize and enhance manufacturing procedures.
