As an intern, you will play a key role in the marketing department, focusing on the creation and execution of shopper programs designed to boost the sales of our products, including Tempo, Tena, Nuvenia, and DemakUp. Your contributions will include leading specific account activations and participating in broader strategic shopper initiatives, acting as a vital connection between marketing and sales. A personal vehicle is required due to limited public transport access to the office.

Responsibilities

Data Analysis: Collecting and analyzing customer data, including buying trends, feedback, and preferences. Campaign Assistance: Supporting the design, execution, and monitoring of customer-focused marketing campaigns. Cross-Department Collaboration: Working closely with teams such as sales, product development, and customer support to align marketing strategies with overall company goals and client needs. Performance Evaluation: Tracking and assessing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to gauge their success and suggest improvements. Documentation Support: Assisting in the creation and upkeep of reports, presentations, and various documentation. Meeting Participation: Engaging in meetings and workshops, contributing to discussions, and accurately recording minutes and notes.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Students or recent graduates in Marketing, Business, or Economics are encouraged to apply. Familiarity with marketing concepts, data analysis methods, and digital marketing tools is essential. Proficiency in productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office) is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both the local language and English for content creation and interaction with customers and internal teams. Creative thinking for developing innovative marketing campaigns and engaging content. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively while handling multiple projects. Attention to detail in data management and content creation. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative. Previous marketing experience through internships or academic projects is advantageous but not mandatory.
