Join the Financial Planning & Analysis Team

At Davide Campari Milano N.V., we are looking for a dedicated professional to join our Group Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This team plays a crucial role within the broader Group Finance function, which encompasses various areas such as Group Tax, Treasury, Corporate Banking, and IFRS Consolidated Financial Reporting.

Role Overview

The selected candidate will be integrated into the Group FP&A Supply Chain team, collaborating closely with the Global Supply Chain (GSC) Lead Team and other GSC units to enhance financial processes and assess business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary finance business partner for the Global NPR SC Procurement Directors, supporting the Group FP&A Manager in Procurement-related matters.
  • Act as a key advisor to the NPR Global Procurement team, focusing on coordinating efforts within the FP&A community and evaluating productivity initiatives.
  • Identify potential savings and opportunities to meet financial targets effectively.
  • Develop and implement new performance measurement models and procedures for NPR Productivity projects.
  • Establish operational KPIs and monitor them closely for NPR Productivity Projects.
  • Ensure accuracy in financial data and provide insightful analysis of business trends through variance analysis.
  • Create comprehensive global reports that offer valuable insights to support Procurement management decisions.
  • Assist NPR Procurement in contract management, conducting thorough analyses to track cost impacts and variations.

Key Relationships

  • Internal: Collaborate with the Global Procurement team, regional and local FP&A teams, and other stakeholders within the Group FP&A function.
  • External: Engage with external consultants and service providers.

Experience Required

  • Experience in the consumer goods sector is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and key supply chain performance indicators.
  • Demonstrated success in managing challenging projects and delivering results within deadlines.
  • Familiarity with matrix organizational structures.

Education / Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics or Business Administration.
  • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities.

Skills

  • Functional Skills: Expertise in financial planning and reporting techniques, including KPI management in the Supply Chain domain.
  • In-depth economic and financial knowledge, particularly regarding FMCG P&L structures and COGS.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Understanding of business processes within the FMCG industry.
  • Proficiency in SAP, with knowledge of BI/BW and BPC being a plus.
