As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and building a high-performing sales organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to inform our sales strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing teams
- Strong functional expertise in sales and sales management, with a minimum of 8 years of experience leading successful software sales teams
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and retain top talent, as well as inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results
- Experience developing customer-driven sales strategies that cut across all sales functions, as well as influence and inform product development
- Deep domain expertise in the contact center and customer engagement industries, with the ability to speak with authority to the needs of senior executives
