Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base, including recruiting new referral sources and trade partners.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and grow existing referral relationships with insurance agents, property managers, plumbers, and other key stakeholders through regular office visits and targeted marketing promotions.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies that support and grow the company's sales objectives, including planning and executing multiple marketing promotions and contests throughout the year.
- Customer Management: Develop and maintain accurate and complete customer files, notes, and track marketing activities for each customer.

- Brand Management: Maintain and promote company social media accounts and online presence.
- Inventory Management: Order and maintain inventory of promotional products and materials.
- Community Engagement: Plan and execute various community-based marketing events throughout the year, including golf tournaments, chamber events, and charitable events.
- Networking: Join and participate in referral networking through service organizations and referral network groups.
- Digital Marketing: Work with vendors to stay top of mind in our digital marketing efforts, including website, social media, and other digital opportunities.
- Experience: Prior experience in face-to-face sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success.
- Skills: Proficient with computer software programs, including MS Office suite, Xactimate, and Dash.
- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience or knowledge in disaster restoration.
- Personal Qualities: Highly competitive, positive, and results-driven, with excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Education: College education preferred but not required.
