Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for managers, offering guidance on intricate HR matters while identifying areas for enhancement, efficiency, and potential new initiatives.

• Play a vital role in executing HR strategies tailored to the specific needs of the business unit.

• Ensure that all HR processes, such as Performance Management and Talent Review, are adapted to local contexts, adhered to, and effectively executed within the organization. Facilitate their alignment across Euronext regions.

  • Drive the successful execution of key strategic initiatives, managing the people, communication, culture, and change management transformation plans.
  • Achieve our annual Target Operating Model (TOM) objectives for Workday Workforce Planning on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard, while assisting managers in budget planning concerning permanent and fixed headcounts.
  • Assist in the compensation review process.
  • Promote internal mobility and job rotation opportunities.
  • Guide management through organizational changes and address people-related risks.


• Ensure the delivery and communication of exceptional HR services to both management and employees.

• Cultivate a robust network with all pertinent internal and external stakeholders.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable role within a complex organization.
  • Outstanding communication abilities and a collaborative approach to working with various business functions.
  • Proficient in managing multifaceted projects and adapting swiftly to evolving environments.
  • Exemplary integrity, confidentiality, and diligence in applying and clarifying policies.
