**Descrizione del ruolo:**
Stiamo cercando un Responsabile del Revenue Management altamente motivato e competente per la nostra struttura alberghiera. Il candidato ideale avrà una forte passione per il settore alberghiero, una conoscenza avanzata delle tecnologie del settore e una comprovata esperienza nella gestione del revenue management.
**Responsabilità:**
- Definire le strategie di pricing, inventario e di distribuzione delle camere in base alla domanda di mercato;
- Monitorare costantemente la concorrenza e analizzare il mercato per ottimizzare i ricavi;
- Analizzare i dati di vendita, prenotazione e rendimento per identificare le opportunità di miglioramento e incremento dei ricavi;
- Coordinare le attività di revenue management con gli altri dipartimenti dell'hotel, come le vendite e il marketing, per garantire una perfetta coerenza delle strategie;
- Gestire i rapporti con i principali fornitori, come gli operatori di sistemi di prenotazione online e gli agenti di viaggio, per garantire una massima visibilità dell'hotel.
**Requisiti:**
- Laurea in Economia, Gestione alberghiera o settori correlati;
- Esperienza di almeno 3 anni nella gestione del revenue management in strutture alberghiere di medio-grandi dimensioni;
- Conoscenza avanzata di strumenti di revenue management e tecnologie alberghiere come i motori di prenotazione online, i sistemi di gestione dell'hotel (PMS) e i sistemi di distribuzione globale (GDS);
- Eccellente capacità di analisi dei dati e di utilizzo degli strumenti di Business Intelligence;
- Ottime capacità di comunicazione e di relazione interpersonale;
- Conoscenza fluente dell'inglese e di almeno un'altra lingua straniera.
