In qualità di Customer Knowledge Specialist entrerai a far parte del Team Customer Care e ti occuperai di garantire la qualità dei servizi offerti all’Utente. Nello specifico, riportando al Team Leader Customer Knowledge, ti occuperai delle seguenti attività:
- Creazione e inserimento dei contenuti relativi al mondo iliad sulla piattaforma interna e sul sito di assistenza, al fine di rendere uniformi le gestioni e aggiornare in tempo reale il Customer Care, segnalando tempestivamente eventuali tematiche tecniche che potrebbero impattare l’esperienza dell’Utente;
- Stesura delle procedure e delle regole di gestione del Customer Care al fine di ottimizzare i processi interni;
- Creazione di report e analisi;
- Studio, pianificazione, programmazione ed erogazione dei corsi di formazione/aggiornamento;
- Rispettare gli obiettivi di team assegnati sia in termini qualitativi che quantitativi al fine di garantire una eccellente Customer experience;
- Tenersi costantemente aggiornati sulle policy e procedure in vigore, al fine di garantire un eccellente livello di servizio;
- Svolgere eventuali attività o task specifiche che potrebbero essere assegnate sulla base di specifiche esigenze;
- Interfacciarsi regolarmente con i diversi stakeholder interni ed esterni.

- Ottime capacità organizzative, precisione e proattività
- Autonomia e ottime doti relazionali e comunicative
- Spiccata propensione al problem solving
- Capacità di lavorare in un contesto dinamico ed in rapida evoluzione
- Conoscenza e utilizzo codice HTML
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office
Nice to have
- Conoscenza della lingua francese
- Conoscenza della lingua Inglese
- Esperienza in sessioni formative e redazione materiale formativo
