L'azienda opera in un contesto altamente competitivo, orientato all'innovazione e al cambiamento, con l'obiettivo di stringere solide ed impattanti partnership strategiche a livello globale. Descrizione Gestione e supervisione dei rapporti con centri media, agenzie e clienti; Individuare nuove opportunità di business tramite l'attivazione di nuove partnership e la gestione di quelle esistenti tramite attività di upselling e cross-selling; Gestione e coordinamento del team Sales, definendo obiettivi strategici, qualitativi e quantitativi personali e di team e mantenendo monitorate le performance, identificando eventuali aree di miglioramento; Definizione della strategia e degli obiettivi aziendali, in coordinamento con il management locale ed internazionale, per promuovere la crescita ed il posizionamento dell'azienda sul mercato; Collaborare con i team interni, sia nazionali che esteri, per garantire un'esecuzione fluida delle varie attività.
