Azienda Tour operator specializzato in turismo esperienziale. Offerta Responsabilità: Gestire, consolidare e ampliare il portafoglio clienti esistente. Acquisire nuove partnership B2B (wholesalers, OTAs, tour operator). Monitorare KPI e performance, attivando azioni mirate per incrementare le vendite. Implementare strategie di cross-selling, upselling e riattivazione clienti. Realizzare presentazioni commerciali e sessioni di formazione sui prodotti. Analizzare mercati e competitor per identificare nuove opportunità di crescita. Mantenere comunicazioni regolari con i clienti, assicurando soddisfazione e risultati. Collaborare con i team interni per risolvere criticità e ottimizzare i processi. Competenze ed esperienza Requisiti: Almeno 2 anni di esperienza commerciale B2B nel turismo (wholesaler, agenzie, DMC, OTAs o tour operator). Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; ulteriori lingue saranno considerate un plus. Profilo dinamico, competitivo e orientato agli obiettivi. Abilità di negoziazione e capacità di chiudere accordi commerciali. Capacità analitiche e attitudine a prendere decisioni basate sui dati. Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali.
