**Customer Success Specialist dedicated to CYBERSECURITY**

To compliment this dynamic team, we are currently looking for a **Customer Success Specialist dedicated to CYBERSECURITY**.
The location for this full-time job is in Italy, based in **Casalecchio di Reno (BO)**, Ingram Micro Italy’s Center of Excellence. The role reports directly to the Senior Manager Cybersecurity for Italy.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and engage new B2B reseller partners in the Cybersecurity space.
- Generate leads through an End-to-End process involving marketing-defined activities, cold calling, outbound campaigns, and digital prospecting tools, leveraging our internal BI and the power of Ingram Micro Xvantage platform
- Qualify and develop opportunities through structured pipeline management.
- Drive the full sales cycle: initial contact, solution positioning, negotiation, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate reporting of activities, pipeline, and forecasts through Xvantage 4 Associates CRM system (based on Microsoft Dynamics 365).
- Contribute to the achievement of team KPIs while taking ownership of personal targets.
- Collaborate across departments (vendor managers, presales, marketing, finance) to develop and execute growth strategies.
- Share market insights, new ideas, and feedback to support continuous improvement of commercial activities.
**Requirements**:
At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally IT distribution, system integration or vendor environment.
- Proven track record in new customer acquisition and consistent overachievement of sales goals.
- Strong commercial instincts with the ability to manage complex solution offerings.
- Team-oriented mindset, with a clear understanding of shared goals and interdependent results.
- Proactive, curious, and eager to experiment with new sales approaches and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Personal accountability through entrepreneurial drive
- Excellent communication skills in Italian and working proficiency in English.
