Posizione

**Bulgari Gioielli Spa** is looking for an High End **Business Operations Specialist** to join the Corporate Sales High Jewelry and Haute Horologerie Department. The position is based in **Rome**.

**Main Activities**
- Run monthly sales analysis on High Jewelry and High End Watches products category, examining data and using the information gathered to build accurate reports with different levels of depth (by channel, by Country, by line, etc).
- Review past sales data to provide actionable insights that will guide the commercial teams, contributing to the development of sales plans and objectives;
- Support the Manager in all business review analysis: Budget, 3YP, monthly sales forecast, ad hoc presentation to be shared with the Top Management;
- Run competition assessment to help manager when making business decisions.
- Identify improvements in existing processes and procedures and actively promote system enhancement with the main goal of making daily work more efficient and leaner;
- Act as point of reference for all digital projects working on enhancing the experience of High End purchases within events or stores

**Qualifications / Professional Capabilities**
- University Degree in economics or finance;
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar position within international environment;
- Excellent analytical skills, detail-oriented and with high level of organization;
- Good attitude towards teamwork as well as the ability to work independently;
- Advanced problem solving skills and strong willingness to take initiatives;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, with special focus on Excel and Power BI
- SAP proficiency
- Fluency in Italian and English (French will be considered a plus)
