Il tuo ruolo e i tuoi obiettivi

Come Business Development Manager per l'Italia e la Spagna, sarai in prima linea nella crescita del nostro business in questi mercati. Sarai il contatto chiave per clienti e partner, comprenderai le esigenze del mercato e svilupperai piani concreti per espandere la nostra posizione di mercato.

Responsabilità

  • Sviluppare e implementare una strategia commerciale per l'Italia e la Spagna.
  • Stabilire attivamente nuovi rapporti commerciali
  • Mantenere e rafforzare i rapporti con i clienti e partner esistenti.
  • Analizzare le esigenze dei clienti per identificare le opportunità di crescita.
  • Collaborare con i team interni (R&D, inside sales, logistica) per fornire soluzioni dedicate al cliente.
  • Riferire al team di gestione sulle attività di vendita, gli obiettivi e le iniziative.

Profilo

  • Almeno 3 anni di esperienza nelle vendite B2B inter-nazionali, preferibilmente in un ambiente industriale o tessile.
  • Fluente in italiano e spagnolo; eccellente conoscenza dell'inglese.
  • La conoscenza del francese è un plus.
  • Forte spinta commerciale, capacità di negoziazione e mentalità orientata ai risultati.
  • Proattivo e in grado di lavorare in autonomia.
  • Disponibilità a viaggiare regolarmente in Italia e Spagna.

Your mission

As a Business Development Manager for Italy and Spain, you will take the lead in growing our business in these markets. You will be the key contact for customers and partners, understand market needs, and develop concrete plans to expand our market position.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a commercial strategy
  • Actively prospect and establish new customer
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and partners.
  • Analyze customer needs to identify growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, inside sales, logistics) to deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Report on sales activities, targets, and initiatives to the management team

Profile

  • At least 3 years of experience in international B2B sales, preferably in an industrial or textile environment.
  • Fluent in Italian and Spanish; excellent knowledge of English.
  • Understanding of French is a plus
  • Strong commercial drive, negotiation skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proactive and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel regularly in Italy and Spain.
