La risorsa ricercata è un* Inside Sales, che verrà inserit* all’interno di Edenred UTA Mobility. Sarà costantemente impegnata nello sviluppo del portafoglio clienti del segmento small business attraverso il canale telefonico, con l’obiettivo di incoraggiare l’adoption della Carta Carburante UTA.
Principali attività:
- Sviluppo del portafoglio clienti nell’area di competenza attraverso strategie di lead generation, attività e campagne telefoniche;
- Gestione E2E del processo di acquisizione dei clienti, dal primo contatto fino alla gestione della negoziazione ed elaborazione dell’offerta;
- Raggiungimento target e obiettivi di sviluppo;
- Attività di retention dedicate;
- Supporto e partecipazione attiva al monitoraggio della customer satisfaction dei clienti;
- Redazione reportistiche dettagliate sulla propria attività attraverso l’utilizzo del CRM aziendale (Salesforce).

Requisiti minimi:
- 6 mesi/1 anno di esperienza in ruolo analogo;
- Pregressa esperienza di lavoro con obiettivi/KPIs assegnati;
- Conoscenza di un ERP, nice to have: Salesforce;
- Conoscenza di Excel.
