Regional Sales Manager Italy

- Visit both existing and potential partners in order to create new business and promote our portfolio. This includes the negotiation of pricing and conditions with partners on specific projects
- Organize partner events ( Technology Days) and assist at Trade shows as well as seminars in order to promote our portfolio
- Gather, analyse and organise data concerning the market, partners and competitors in order to identify new business opportunities and provide feedback to our product and marketing organisation
- Liaise with key players ranging from Facility and Security Managers of customers, to Architects and Consultants, and General Contractors in the Decision Making Process
- Administer your sales activities and provide continuous support to partners when needed, such as following-up on incoming orders, keeping partners informed, monitoring and controlling the information flow and arranging product sales trainings.
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, IT, Telecommunications or a related field
- Experience in Security industry
- Team player as well as a good individual achiever
- Hunter personality
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Analytical mind-set and can-do attitude
- Thrilled to learn new technologies
- Native Italian and fluent communicator in English. Greek is a plus.
