Job Description

  • Essere responsabile del raggiungimento degli obiettivi generali di profitto fissati;
  • Conoscere il mercato e analizzarne le tendenze, distribuire il lavoro tra il suo team, fare regolari visite ai clienti e contatti per mantenere buoni rapporti commerciali;
  • Elaborare e gestire la politica commerciale, definendo i prezzi con le altre funzioni aziendali preposte, le condizioni di vendita e i rapporti con i clienti;
  • Eseguire e condividere con le funzioni preposte i piani annuali per lo sviluppo dei prodotti, dei mercati e delle forze di vendita, anche elaborando proiezioni pluriennali;
  • Possedere una buona conoscenza delle gare d'appalto, capacità di lettura e stesura dei contratti;
  • Supervisionare, tenere traccia e condividere in report strutturati gli ordini di vendita in corso di esecuzione, in connessione con Direttore Generale, essendo l'interfaccia con i clienti.
  • Essere responsabile insieme alla Direzione Generale del rispetto del margine di contribuzione dei propri prodotti e servizi;
  • Organizzare e gestire i collaboratori e la forza vendita esterna, motivandoli efficacemente;
  • Supervisionare e condividere tutte le analisi di mercato e le attività di vendita;
  • Determinare, elaborare e sottoporre alla Direzione Generale gli obiettivi, le proposte di strategia commerciale, i piani commerciali;
  • Ampliare il portafoglio clienti e fidelizzare i clienti esistenti;

Partecipazione a fiere ed eventi

Competenze ed esperienza

  • Esperienza di almeno 5 anni come Senior Area manager possibilmente in analogo settore;
  • Conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte in Italia e all'estero;
  • Capacità di lavoro di squadra anche a pari livello, leadership, forte orientamento agli obiettivi,problem solving e capacità di negoziazione con il cliente:
  • Residenza o domicilio limitrofo alla sede dell'azienda.
