Area Sales Supervisor

Our client, MBE Worldwide spa, a pioneering company in facilitating global commerce for small and medium-sized businesses worldwide, commissioned us to find an Area Sales Supervisor.

Founded in Italy, today MBE spa has offices all around the world and it is able to generate more than 1 billion in revenue annually. The company collaborates with small and medium-sized businesses, assisting them in scaling their operations through a variety of solutions like e-commerce, fulfillment, and shipping.
You’ll guide and advise potential affiliates through their journey to entrepreneurship, from initial contact to qualification, business planning, financing, and contract negotiations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support franchise partners in sales and business development.
- Provide on-the-job training to them.
- Motivate partners with sales approaches, digital tools, and organizational strategies.
- Analyze relevant KPIs and make actionable recommendations.
- Assist in opening new centers.
- Coordinate communication within the sales area.
- Represent the brand at fairs and events.
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in sales, franchising, or management consulting, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Completed studies, preferably in business administration or a related field.
- Preference for working in an international company.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a high propensity for communication.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and behavior.
- Willingness to travel.
- Native/Fluent German (C1 or Native).
- Excellent English proficiency (especially for international communication with colleagues).
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) and familiarity with Google Workspace.
- Practical mindset, flexibility, and a willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in using sales tools (e.g., CRM).
