Your main tasks and responsibilities:
  • Prepare quotations with precision
  • Quotations follow-up and reporting
  • Negotiate and attend meetings
  • Manage orders efficiently
  • Track projects from tendering to closure
  • Maintain customer order backlog
  • Coordinate with sales representatives, warehouse, and factory staff
  • Report customer information and maintain records
  • Support Management with reporting and initiatives
  • Apply LEAN directives and communicate effectively
  • Understand environmental aspects and risks
Educational background
  • Diploma in Engineering
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products and CRM systems
Professional experience incl. markets, international experience etc.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
  • Strong negotiation and sales support skills
