Risponde alle chiamate dei clienti per assistenza tecnica. Registra nel Gestionale Service gli interventi effettuati Organizza l'invio delle apparecchiature sostitutive tramite la Service Administration Specialist ed il Magazzino centrale Si assicura della corretta applicazione delle procedure per quanto riguarda la ricezione e la registrazione del materiale, il corretto passaggio delle informazioni al Service Administration Specialist per la fatturazione dei prodotti e per la sostituzione di eventuali pezzi e l'invio di questi ultimi al Centro Riparazioni Europeo. Controlla i parametri di funzionamento del servizio assistenza tecnica: tempo risoluzione guasto, n° sistemi rotti non rientrati, ecc. Esegue le prove di sicurezza IEC sulle nuove forniture e sulle apparecchiature demo quando necessario e richiesto Si occupa del Service delle apparecchiature Wound Si occupa della verifica di funzionalità di tutte le apparecchiature in ingresso all'Azienda (tranne le apparecchiature nuove e rigenerate a meno di specifiche necessità) Service di campo: Garantisce la documentazione necessaria per gli interventi in loco (interventi riparazione, installazione, collaudo e dimostrazione): prove sicurezza elettrica IEC quando necessario e richiesto, certificati CE, ecc. Vendite: Sollecita gli uffici tecnici/uffici acquisti, agenti e forza vendita diretta Smith&Nephew nel concludere ordini relativi ad interventi già eseguiti e risolti.Conoscenze, Esperienze e Skills
Laurea Elettromedicina, Elettonica o simile (focus hardware) Sperienza in posizione previa (idealmente nel campo medical device) Consoscenza programma SAP Microsoft office Lingua italiana e inglese livello alto indispensabile per la posizione Buona communicazione, problem solver skills, orientamento a clienteYou.
