Saas Customer Success

As a SaaS Customer Success, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful adoption, onboarding, and long-term satisfaction of our SaaS customers.
You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide guidance on how to best leverage our SaaS platform to achieve their business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with customers to drive adoption, retention, and expansion of our SaaS platform
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, becoming a trusted advisor and advocate for their business
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff from the sales process to onboarding and ongoing customer success
- Onboard new customers, providing training and guidance on how to best utilize our SaaS platform to achieve their desired outcomes
- Monitor and analyze customer usage data to identify opportunities for increased adoption and engagement
- Identify and address customer concerns or roadblocks, working crossfunctionally with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Act as a voice of the customer within the company, providing feedback and insights to help drive product enhancements and improvements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer success management in the SaaS industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships
- Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to understand and effectively communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills, with the ability to think strategically and proactively
- Experience with customer onboarding and training
- Knowledge of softwareasaservice and cloudbased solutions
- Highly organized and detailoriented
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
- Fluent english both spoken and written
